Keith Ryan
Chief Executive Officer
Keith Ryan is an aviation service industry veteran with more than thirty years of experience. He has served in numerous positions with various aviation service companies, eventually becoming President and Chief Executive Officer of Aircraft Service International Group (ASIG) in 2002.
Keith was responsible for the strategic planning and financial success of ASIG between 2002 and 2012 and had oversight for seventy-one airport operations throughout North America, Europe and Asia. As President, he led ASIG through several key acquisitions, multiple new start-ups and an expansion of the company’s distribution network.
Colin Ryan
President
Colin Ryan is PLH Dublin President. His experience leading startup fueling operations at 10+ airports since 2017 brings the hands on experience needed to grow the company. With over 12 years’ experience in the aviation fueling industry he has a strong track record of delivering high levels of service for the airlines.
As PLH Dublin embarks on its growth objectives, Colin’s Leadership and Experience will provide PLH the stability and dedication it will require to achieve them.
Patrick Callan
Chief Financial Officer
Patrick is PLH Dublin Inc Chief Financial Officer (CFO) since the company’s founding. His long-standing airlines relationship, 18 years of experience in the industry, and his background in commercial airline finance, supply chain management, and fuel management makes him a important part of PLH Dublin’s Leadership Team.
Patrick has extensive experience in jet fuel procurement and operations, including into-plane fueling and fuel consortium leadership. He has also held industry leadership positions with A4A and IATA.
Patrick holds a B.S.E in Marine Engineering & Naval Architecture from the University of Michigan as well as an MBA in Finance & Supply Chain Management from Michigan State University.
Rich Piper, MBA
Vice President of Finance
Rich Piper has over twenty-eight years of accounting and corporate finance experience. Rich entered the aviation service industry in 2004 with Aircraft Service International Group (ASIG) serving in multiple accounting/finance positions, with the last being Sr. Manager of FP&A.
Rich leads the day to day finance and accounting functions for PLH Dublin and has spent over 15 years participating in airline consortium operations. He is an important part of PLH Dublin’s customer facing leadership team.
Clint Lonon
SVP, Fuel Facilities
Clint Lonon is a thirty-year commercial aviation fuel service veteran who has served in several leadership and technical roles in both on and off airport aviation fuel systems.
Clint has worked at some of the country’s largest airports and ports – MCO, HKPT, CFPL, TPA, RSW, DEN and ATL, managing the M&O operations along with marine shipments, truck racks, pipelines, GSE fuel storage and into-plane fueling.
Clint’s hands-on experience along with his technical knowledge of start-ups, fuel inventory, quality control, hydrant systems, pipeline operations and capital projects will most assuredly ensure a smooth transition during every future expansion project.
Bryan Buck
Vice President, Operations
Bryan Buck is a proven aviation professional with over 32 years of experience in operations, finance, and administration. Bryan has an exceptional ability to diagnose operational issues, develop action plans, and execute solutions. He is a strong leader with interpersonal skills and communication skills that foster collaborative partnerships.
Bryan successfully manages the largest fueling operation in the United States at Atlanta International Airport. He has also managed fueling operations throughout the US, including CLT, CVG, DCA, PHL, and PIT. Bryan’s expertise ranges from customer service to fleet management, from risk management to finance. His well-rounded background makes him an excellent fit for any operation.
Jamie Mann
Vice President, Health, Safety & Environment
Jamie Mann brings over 25 years of experience to PLH Dublin. Jamie holds a BS in Chemical Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin. She is a versatile professional with a broad range of expertise. Jamie’s career started in Texas supporting Dow Chemical Company and Exxon with remediation and air quality compliance. Upon relocating to Colorado, Jamie opened the Denver office of an environmental consulting firm supporting British Petroleum, CVR Energy, and Valero prior to joining Suncor Energy. At Suncor, she supported environmental compliance, tank farm M&O, yield/loss accounting, and all aspects of the fuel supply chain from production to delivery for the airline industry and other commercial customers. Jamie managed Suncor’s US commercial jet fuel sales through the pandemic. Jamie utilizes her expertise to oversee safe fueling of the aviation industry while being a good steward of the environment.
